Sweep: How many discrete points can be programmed into a sweep?

Question :

Sweep: How many discrete points can be programmed into a sweep?

Answer :

The SourceMeter instruments can do sweeps of up to 2500 points when performing linear, logarithmic, or custom sweeps. These sweeps output only voltage or current, not a mix of both. These types of sweeps also use the same source delay (soak time) and limits for all points in the sweep. The Source Memory sweep can only have 100 points. Each of the 100 points can contain virtually an entire setup of the instrument to allow for mixing and matching voltage, current, and resistance tests with varying test parameters.
