Can the WVR6100/7100 detect closed-captions on a line other than 21?
Answer :
The WVR7100 (or 6100) can be configured to check for VBI closed-captions on any line from 5 through 25. To set the line to check for CC on, simply press the "Config" button, select the "Aux Data Settings" menu, and from there, choose the "EIA-608-Line 21 (VBI) Line Number" parameter and press enter. You can adjust the line number by turning the general purpose knob with this item selected.
