I am having difficulty in restoring the OS on my Tektronix Win7 64Bit oscilloscope. I am seeing the following Acronis messages:
Possible reasons for failure to restore include:
- Poor media quality – DVD’s maybe scratched or otherwise damage
- Defective DVD reader
- Not waiting for disk to spin up to speed before clicking “OK” button
- Restoring onto the wrong hard drive
- Hard drive contains data that conflicts with restore partitions - may need to delete data and re-format HD.
