When installing a support package (or any other application) on a TLA7PC1+ the installation process terminates prematurely in an error message.
1. Right-click on My Computer and Select Manage
2. Select Service in Services and Applications and then Services
3. Find the TlnkMovSvc entry in the right-hand pane and double-click on it
4. Change the Startup type to Disabled and then Click on the Stop button.
This will stop the service immediately and will prevent it from starting
when the PC1 is started again. You now should be able to load any
application onto the TLA7PC1.
