Option SD and HD were installed in my VM5000. In the HELP> AboutTeKScope+ it shows App 120 Avail+ not installed+ and App121 available+ not installed. Is this a problem?
This is normal operation for this model and applications. There are three parts to the software: the main application, the HD option and the SD option. To verify the options are truly installed, click on FILE. Then Select RUN APPLICATION. If "VM5000 HD and SD Video" is shown in this list, the applications are loaded and ready to use.
