Is the .ISF waveform file format file used on any other Tektronix oscilloscopes other than the DPO4000 and MSO4000 series?
Answer :
The .ISF extension is also used on the TDS 3000 and TDS 3000B oscilloscopes. All other TDS and DPO oscilloscopes use a .WFM extension file.
