How can I sort the error log on a WVR6100/7100 or WFM6100/7000/7100?
There is no way to sort the log from within the user interface but the log file can be downloaded via a remote connection and imported into spreadsheet software for later sorting and review. To connect to the instrument remotely, simply make sure the unit is connected to your network, and then enter its IP address into a web browser running on a computer on that same network. This will bring up a menu of remote control options. About halfway down the list of options will be “Download Event Log”, click this to download the event log file to your computer.
